Common questions
Won't this just spam my inbox?
No — alerts are severity-tagged. By default, only critical + high go to email immediately. Medium goes to a daily digest, low goes to a weekly summary. You configure thresholds per location.
Can my office manager get the alerts instead of me?
Yes. Each monitored place has its own alertEmail field. Set it to your front desk, your office manager, or a shared inbox. Add Slack channel routing on Fortress+.
What channels are included on each tier?
Shield: email only. Fortress: email + Slack. War Room: email + Slack + SMS + webhook + custom integrations. Webhook payloads are open-schema so you can pipe them into anything (Zapier, Linear, PagerDuty).
What about false positives — won't I get woken up at 3am for nothing?
Severity routing prevents this. Only "critical" alerts (review-bombing, hate-domain detection, rating crash) go to SMS. Plus you can configure mute windows + business-hours rules.
