    Old Templates page + fake Status page removed

    Removed the legacy Action Toolkit / Dispute Templates page (a leftover from the operator/reseller era) and the public hardcoded Status page. The real, data-driven health monitor still exists at /admin/health for admin-only access.

    Routes /templates and /status are now 404. Footer + dashboard sidebar cleaned up.

    Less DIY-implying surface, no false 'all operational' badges. Trust signals only on real data, which lives admin-side.

    CSV bulk import for review requests

    Paste a CSV of up to 200 customers (name + email or phone) and we send review requests to all of them at once.

    Portal → Review Booster → 'Import CSV' button
    How
    Click 'Import CSV' → paste your customer list → pick email or SMS → send. We skip rows with missing fields and tell you which ones.

    Print-ready QR code for review requests

    Download a high-res QR code that takes customers straight to your Google review page. Put it on receipts, table tents, business cards, storefront signs.

    SMS review requests (in addition to email)

    Send review requests by SMS instead of email. SMS open rates are ~98% vs ~22% for email — much better conversion.

    Open the send-request form → pick 'SMS' → enter customer name + phone (E.164 format, e.g. +15551234567) → send. Requires Twilio configured on the account.

    2FA enrollment in portal settings

    Customers can turn on TOTP 2FA from the portal: QR code + backup codes + copy/download. Works with Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy.

    Portal → Settings → Two-Factor Authentication
    How
    Click 'Set up 2FA' → scan QR → enter 6-digit code → save backup codes. Login screen will require the code next time.

    Mega-menu hover behavior fixed

    Platform / Solutions dropdowns no longer close when your mouse drifts between the button and the menu — 150ms intent buffer added.
