What if a review can't be removed?
We classify every flagged review by removability tier (1 = clear violation, 2 = likely, 3 = borderline). If we can't remove a Tier-1 review you paid for, your credit is refunded. Tier-2/3 outcomes vary — we tell you upfront before filing.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contract. You can cancel any time from your billing page — no questions, no friction. Annual plans get a 20% discount but you still control the cancellation.
How fast do you respond to alerts?
Email alerts fire within minutes of detection. Shield checks every 24h, Fortress every 6h, War Room every hour. War Room also includes SMS + Slack for critical alerts (review bombing, sudden rating drops).
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes — RepuShield works on the Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) review system. If you don't have one yet, we can help you claim and set it up as part of onboarding.
What's included in the 14-day trial?
You get full access to whatever tier you pick — monitoring, alerts, AI replies, reports — for 14 days. No card needed for Shield. Fortress and War Room require a card upfront but you can cancel before day 14 without being charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your billing dashboard. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months, but we honor all features through the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your monitoring stops immediately. We retain your historical alerts and reports for 90 days in case you re-subscribe; after that everything is permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion via Settings.
