Flat-fee removal
Flat fee Google review removal — $149 per removal, full refund if Google rejects.
Most review-removal services charge a $400–$2,500 retainer up front and bill you whether the review is removed or not. We charge nothing until Google’s trust team actually removes the review. Average decision: 9 days. Success rate on policy-violating reviews: 71%.
Full refund if Google rejects within 90 days. Your card is charged $149 when you flag — refunded automatically if Google doesn’t remove the review, no claim required.

What we file vs what we don’t
Google removes reviews that violate a specific written policy. Everything else stays up. Here’s the line, drawn straight.
- Fake reviews from people who were never customers
- Conflict-of-interest reviews (competitors, ex-employees)
- Harassment, hate speech, profanity
- Off-topic content (politics, unrelated rants)
- Restricted-content violations (drugs, weapons, adult)
- Personal-info leaks (names, addresses, phone numbers)
- Real complaints about service quality — reply or dilute these, don’t file
- Honest negative experiences with no policy hook
- Reviews on Yelp, HealthGrades, or any non-Google site
- Defamation lawsuits or other legal action
If a review doesn’t fit the left column, we tell you in the audit and we don’t file.
Why flat fee works for us
Retainer-based competitors keep your money whether they succeed or not. We can charge flat fee because we only file cases we believe will win. If we don’t think a case will succeed, we tell you in the audit — and we don’t file.
One fake review this year? You pay $149. Three? $447. Zero? Zero. We make money by being right about which reviews Google will actually remove. That’s the only honest version of this business.
What $149 doesn’t cover
- Reviews outside Google — we file on Google Business Profile only.
- Genuinely-negative reviews with no policy violation — reply to those, don’t file.
- Defamation lawsuits or other legal action.
