We charge for outcomes, not effort. If Google doesn’t remove a review you paid us $179 to file on, we don’t bill you. Period. Below is exactly when the fee triggers, what counts as a removal, and what isn’t covered.
When the $179 fee triggers
- The review you flagged is removed by Google from your public Business Profile.
- The removal is confirmed by our daily re-scan of your profile (not just hidden by the spam filter — actually gone from the public-facing URL).
- The review was filed by us under a Tier-1 or Tier-2 dispute — meaning we built and submitted the evidence packet through Google’s official policy channel.
When you don’t pay
- Google denies the removal request after our final appeal.
- Google removes the review but you can show it was already on its way out (e.g. the reviewer deleted it themselves within 48 hours of our filing).
- We classify the review as Tier-3 (genuinely negative, no policy violation) before filing — we’ll tell you upfront and never file these.
30-day money-back on monthly plans
If you’re not satisfied with Shield, Fortress, or War Room within the first 30 days of paid use, email billing@repushield.app and we’ll refund the most recent payment in full — no retention pitch, no “wait, let us…” call.
Refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. The 14-day free trial is not part of the 30-day window — refund window starts on first paid charge.
What this guarantee does not cover
- Reviews on platforms we don’t monitor (we cover Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, Avvo, Tripadvisor — others on request).
- Legal action against the reviewer. RepuShield is not a law firm. If you want to pursue defamation, we’ll refer you to specialist counsel.
- Rating uplift guarantees. Rating impact depends on starting rating, review volume, and ongoing review velocity — we don’t guarantee a specific star number.
- Google policy changes outside our control. If Google narrows what qualifies as a violation mid-removal, we’ll appeal once and refund if unsuccessful.
