On War Room, reviews appear within ~60 minutes of being posted to Google. Fortress is 6-hour cadence; Shield is daily. We use a combination of direct API access and resilient fallback scrapers, so even when Google rate-limits us we keep watching.
Will this work if my business is on Yelp / Healthgrades but not Google?
Yes. Cross-platform monitoring is included on Fortress and War Room. We pull reviews from Yelp, Healthgrades, Avvo, BBB, and Trustpilot and roll them into one feed alongside your Google data.
What if I have multiple locations?
