What you get
Built end-to-end. No bolt-ons.
Bar-ethics-compliant replies
Templates respect ABA Model Rule 1.6 (confidentiality) and Rule 7 (advertising). No claim disputes, no client identification, no testimonials.
Avvo + Google
Avvo drives 25% of consumer-attorney research. We monitor it minute-by-minute alongside Google.
Opposing-counsel detection
Reviewer name matched against opposing counsel records flagged for review before public response.
Outcome-anchored replies
1-stars over case outcome get templates that respect bar rules around result-prediction language.
Reply incorrectly and you violate bar ethics.
ABA Model Rule 1.6 prohibits revealing client information, even to defend yourself. Florida Bar formal advisory 16-1 made this explicit: a lawyer cannot publicly dispute the facts of a former client's review without violating confidentiality. Our templates were drafted by a former state-bar ethics counsel.
- Rule 1.6 (confidentiality) compliant
- Rule 7.1 (advertising) compliant
- No client-relationship confirmation
- No outcome-prediction or guarantee language
Your most likely attacker isn't a client.
Law firms face a unique threat profile: opposing counsel grudge reviews, peer-firm sabotage, and disgruntled-witness retaliation. Our reviewer-trust scoring detects single-target attackers (one review, one target, brand-new account) and flags them for priority dispute filing.
- Single-target attacker detection
- Reviewer name → opposing-counsel record matching
- Account-age + posting-pattern fingerprinting
- Cross-firm review-bombing pattern detection
Avvo is bigger than you think.
For consumer-facing practice areas (family, criminal, immigration, PI), Avvo drives 25% of attorney searches. Yet most reputation tools ignore it entirely. We monitor it the same way we monitor Google — minute-by-minute, with full review + rating + endorsement tracking.
- Avvo full review tracking
- Avvo rating change alerts (10-point scale)
- Endorsement / disciplinary record monitoring
- Q&A reputation tracking
FAQ
Common questions
Are AI replies actually bar-ethics-compliant?
Yes. Our legal templates were drafted by former state-bar ethics counsel and reviewed against ABA Model Rules + 50-state variants. They never confirm a client relationship, never dispute case facts, never use outcome-prediction language.
What about a former client reviewing me publicly?
Per Rule 1.6, you cannot reveal client info to defend yourself — even if the client made theirs public. Our reply templates acknowledge the experience without confirming representation, which is what most state bars require.
Can you help me file a defamation suit if a review is provably false?
We provide an evidence packet (reviewer behavior fingerprint, posting pattern, IP-region anomalies, comparable filings) that you or your litigation counsel can use to evaluate a defamation claim. We don't represent you in court — but we make the case-build cheap.
Do you support all 50-state bar rule variants?
Our templates default to the strictest interpretation (matches CA + NY + FL Bar). For state-specific rule variants (e.g., Texas Rule 7.04, Florida 4-1.6), we customize on request — included on Fortress+ tier.
